Hercules 45

Hercules 45 pulls the steel beads out of the tyres before they can be processed in a shredding plant. Its use increases the durability of the shredders' knives and allows to obtain a cleaner rubber granule. The machine offers reduced line downtime and integrated safety system.
This model can process tires up to 600 mm. with maximum production capacity 30 tyres per hour.
